High Availability
Precog is deployed on AWS infrastructure designed for high availability. Your business data is not at risk because Precog does not persistently store customer data—it flows through to your destination.
Disaster Recovery
Precog maintains disaster recovery procedures for platform configurations and settings. Contact your account representative for details on recovery objectives and procedures.
Maintenance Windows
We aim to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance and perform maintenance during low-usage periods when possible. Specific maintenance windows and notification requirements may be defined in your service agreement.
